One Facilities Relationship
Property and facility management should not require a separate client-facing relationship for every facility need that arises. ATCP provides the coordinating facilities relationship: one point of coordination for property-specific service requirements, scheduling, site access, scope coordination, service tracking, and completion.
How Facility Service Moves Through ATCP
Facility service moves through ATCP in five steps:
- Service need identified. An authorized property or facility contact identifies a maintenance or facility-service need.
- Facility Service Request or Walkthrough. A defined need can enter through a Facility Service Request. Broader or less-defined requirements can begin with a Facility Walkthrough.
- Scope and coordination. ATCP reviews the property, requested service, site and access conditions, and other relevant requirements.
- Service delivery. The approved service is coordinated according to the verified capability and property requirements.
- Completion. The request is completed and closed through the client-facing ATCP relationship.
Currently Verified Service Capabilities
ATCP’s currently verified service capabilities are professional window cleaning and pressure washing. Window cleaning capability may include low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise properties where appropriately scoped and supported by the verified delivery model, using DI (deionized) purified water.
